Check-in policy

Check in time: 3p.m-10p.m

Check-out time: 9a.m-12p.m

Any early check-ins request from 10am to 3pm depends on the availability of the room. Without notification to the reception, Late check-outs until 3pm will be charged at RM100 per hour. Late check-outs from 3pm onwards will be charged at 50% of the room prices. Guest are required to present a passport or identification card during check-in for registration purposes.

Property Policies

1. RM150 will be taken as a security deposit for every tent and will be refund back after check-out if the tent is in a good condition. Please keep the deposit form properly for refund purposes.
2. The room key is kept by the guest. Any damage and loss will be subject to a fine.
3. Keep the Glamping Premises clean. No article billed on the wall is allowed.
4. Guests must take good care of their own belongings. The management will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred.
5. No prohibited articles, Flammable articles or commercial goods are allowed to be stored inside the room. Cooking or any ignition is not allowed in the glamping room.
6. If any abandoned luggage or lost and found items are not claimed by the guest after a maximum storage period of 30 calendar days, the Management has the right to dispose of these items.
7. Pets, weapons, durian, alcohol drinks are not allowed on the Glamping premises.
8. Keep silence on the Glamping premises. The Nyaman Place enforces a strict policy on reported noise complaints from all guests between 11pm- 7am. No excessive noise or loud music will be tolerated at any time. Violation of quiet time rules will result in immediate expulsion from the camp ground, without any refund.
9. The Nyaman Place is for registered guest only. No visitors are allowed on the Glamping premises.
10. No pets Allowed inside The Nyaman Place or Glamping premises.
11. Smoking is prohibited in all the enclosed areas within the Glamping premises. A RM100 non-refundable cleaning fee will be imposed on the quest if they violate the smoking ban in any prohibited area.
12. Our staff may check the room from time to time.
13. No changing of rooms or transfer of rooms is allowed without the permission of the Front Desk.
14. Outside food is allowed, guests have the responsibility to clean up the place and dispose of the rubbish before check-out. Failure to do so will result in a RM100 cleaning fee imposed by the management.
15. Guests are held responsible for any damage done to the furniture / decoration or other facilities insides the rooms.
16. Only gas barbecues are allowed in our Glamping room premises. Strictly no charcoal barbecues allowed in our room and our room compound. Charcoal barbecue are ONLY allowed at our family BBQs area. Any damage to the tent will be bare by customers.
17. Please do not take away guest room items as souvenirs. Otherwise, the charges will be added onto your Glamping bill in the event of any defect or damages to the furniture/assets to the property, the customer will be liable and to pay the charges as per listed together with the installation and transportation incurred.
18. No inflammable, explosive, poisonous, radioactive or other dangerous articles or letting off fireworks and firecrackers permitted in the Glamping premises.
19. UNMARRIED MUSLIM COUPLES are not allowed to share the same room.
20. ALL VEHICLES ARE PARKED AT YOUR OWN RISK, the management will not be liable for any loss or damage when you park your vehicles.
21. Postponement or amendment of stay, or change of check-in date, can only be made up to 28 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
22. The Management reserves the right to alter or amend the above regulations without any notice. In case of any query, please contact the Front Desk.
23. Tourism Tax - An additional Tourism Tax of RM10 per room per night will apply to foreign Tourists upon check-in for stays from 1 January 2023 onwards. Malaysians with MyKad and permanent residents of Malaysia with MyPR will be exempted.

refund policy

Non-refundable

We strictly do not allow refund for:

Cancellation such as due to bad weather, family members are sick, or covid will not be entertained.

Refundable

We will only refund if double charge, duplicate transactions or The Nyaman mistake/error occurred.

Mode of refund

Any refund processed shall be via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement.

Period of refund

It will take few business days to reflect in customers account depending on their bank or payment provider.

Safety and Disclaimer

1. Disclaimer form is compulsory to be filled by all guest with no exceptions during check-in.

2. The Nyaman Place are situated on village and jungle area and there are hazards both natural and man-made. You accept that you enter the property at your own risk to participate in a glamping holiday & the campsites should have no responsibilities in the event of accident happened by nature or natural disaster.

3. Participation in activities such as, swimming at the river, pool area, hiking, cycling, walking on the property and any other activity on the property is the responsibility of the Guest and is done so at their own risk.

4. The Nyaman Place will accept no liability for accident, loss of property or personal injury whilst on your stay.
